I have a 12 oz cup, fill it with ice, squeeze 1/4 orange into it and then fill it with the ginger beer, but any ginger ale will do and orange juice will also be fine. The bar I work at stocks Gosling's ginger beer (nonalcoholic), which is a spicy ginger ale. I also don't drink so I've been figuring out the best stuff I can make without alcohol. I work at a bar on the weekends so I have the resources to mess around with stuff. Just because there's no booze (or trace amounts) the tip per drink standard still applies. So long as you're not throwing shade and judging people who are imbibing, you're cool. They respect that and know you're there to have a good time like everyone else.
